Delivery policy

Courier-led
Delivery is handled by independent local couriers we coordinate with on your behalf.
You pay the courier
The courier sets the delivery price and you pay them directly — not through Aesthetic Haven.
Local zones
Greater Georgetown, ECD, EBD and WCD — same-day where possible.
Our delivery model
Aesthetic Haven curates and prepares your gifts and organizes the hand-off to an independent courier. We do not operate our own delivery fleet and we do not set the delivery fee. Couriers are independent third parties who quote and collect delivery payment directly from you.
How it works, step by step
- You place your order and pay for your gifts only using one of our supported methods at checkout — Mobile Money Guyana (MMG) or Direct Bank Deposit. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for in-store pickup orders.
- For MMG, payment is confirmed instantly. For Direct Bank Deposit, we reserve your items while you complete the transfer and submit your deposit reference for verification.
- We carefully prepare and wrap your gift, then begin assigning an independent local courier.
- The courier reviews the delivery address and contacts you with their delivery fee quote and an estimated delivery time.
- Once you confirm, the courier picks up your gift from us and delivers it to the recipient.
- You pay the delivery fee directly to the courier — typically in cash or via MMG transfer at the time of delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD) — pickup only
COD is offered only for in-store pickup orders. Couriers do not collect cash on our behalf, so delivery orders must be paid by MMG or Direct Bank Deposit before dispatch. If you choose pickup, you can pay the order total in cash when you collect your items; our team confirms receipt before the order is marked paid.
Stock reservations
For Direct Bank Deposit and pickup-COD orders, we reserve the items in your order as soon as you place it so no one else can buy them while payment is being completed. If a Direct Bank Deposit payment is not submitted and verified within the reservation window, the reservation expires automatically and the items return to stock. We'll notify you if this happens so you can re-order if the items are still available.
Delivery fees
Delivery fees are set by the independent courier based on the destination, package size and any special handling required. They are not included in your checkout total and not charged through this site.
You'll always know the delivery fee before the courier dispatches your gift — never any surprises.
Estimated delivery timelines
- Same day: orders placed before our morning cut-off in our service zones.
- Next day: orders placed later in the day or for destinations on the edge of our service zones.
- Scheduled: pick a preferred delivery date at checkout for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions.
Service areas
We currently coordinate delivery to:
- Greater Georgetown — same day
- East Coast Demerara up to Lusignan — same day
- East Bank Demerara up to Grove — same day
- West Coast Demerara up to Leonora — same day

Coordination & support
We stay in touch throughout the entire hand-off. If you have a question for the courier, can't reach them, or want to reschedule, message us on WhatsApp and we'll coordinate on your behalf.
Failed deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed (no one available, incorrect address, etc.), the courier will contact you to coordinate a re-attempt. Repeated failed attempts may incur an additional courier fee, set and collected by the courier.
